Everything a driver needs, in their pocket.
Their own app, in English and Romanian, and in any other language your drivers need, on request. It opens in the phone's browser and sits on the home screen, with nothing to download from a store.
What is waiting, first.
When the driver opens the app, the things that need them are at the top: a document to check, work offered, a training given. The daily check is one tap away.

Onboarding, step by step.
Documents, agreements and checks, in the order the office set. The driver sees which step is theirs and which one is with the office, and nothing the office does stops them halfway.

Their documents, in one wallet.
Driving licence, CPC card and tacho card: photographed, read and checked, then reminded before they expire. Nothing leaves the phone until the driver sends it.

The lorry's own dates, before the first box.
Type the registration and the app shows what is due on that vehicle: tachograph calibration, PMI, MOT, brake test, tax and insurance. Anything close is marked, the driver confirms they have seen it, and a vehicle that must not go out is said so plainly.

The daily walkaround, to DVSA's list.
Lorry and trailer together, every item marked, signed at the end. A defect reaches the office with its photo, straight away.

Training, on their phone.
Modules the office sends are taken in the app. The result goes on their record, and they see exactly what they got wrong and which lesson to read again.

Ask, in their own words.
What to do after an accident, whether a warning lamp means stop, what the company's rule is. Answered from your own procedures, in English or Romanian, and it can send the office a report.

Invoices and expenses.
Self-employed drivers invoice the company from the app: the days worked, expenses and their bank details, checked by the office before it is paid. Receipts go in with a photo.

See it on your own fleet.
